I can not find my recipe for salmon skewers. I know it has cubed salmon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes on them and a marinade. No idea what marinade or how to cook. If you have the recipe (and a minute), please can you post it for me?
TIA.

Probably not the same thing but I made skewered salmon for a 7 berachot recently. Cube salmon, marinade in a ziplock bag. I used store bought thai marinade, but either Italian dressing or teriyaki (my standard--2 parts soya sauce, 3 parts orange juice, small amount of brown sugar or honey). Skew alternatively with veggies and broil till salmon is cooked through. It doesn't reheat that well if they have tomatoes (tend to get mushy).

Thanks Mrs. Bissli. If no one gets back to me (I know someone posted the recipe on here, I just can't seem to find it) I will do your recipe.

thanks, that's the one I'm looking for. Do you have cooking instructions? I want to grill it on Friday to use that night and Shabbos day. Don't want the tomatoes or mushrooms to go funny.

I would do chatzi chatzi if u dont want it to go bad, what I do is I cook the cubes in a pan by themselves then I just put them over the angel hair pasta (this idea could be for shabbos day.) than the rest do like reg. scewars and serve fri night..and then it will be less work for u anyway, and looks just as pretty and impressive!

I would do an olive oil- garlic sauce for the pasta, or a light pesto..
