Honey Mustard Drumsticks

15-20 drumsticks
salt and pepper
1 tsp (2 cloves) freshly minced garlic
olive oil spray
1 cup cold water
Sauce
1 cup deli mustard
1 cup honey
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Place drumsticks in a large baking pan. Season with saly and pepper and minced garlic.
Spray olive oil over the drumsticks and pour cold water into the pan.
Bake uncovered at 325 vof 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients until consistancy is uniform.
Pour honey mustard sauce over the drumsticks and bake at 375 for an additional 15 minutes.

I use honey mustard sauce on chicken frequently.

Just wanted to add my notes to the recipe:
The sauce is heavenly. I like the drumsticks better when they are baked for longer. (About half hour with just the spices listed, and maybe 1 hour once the sauce is poured on. This is an estimate.)
