I put a bag of frozen starwberrys and 2 bags of frozen rhubarb in a pot with some water and sugar. I cook it over a low flame untill the fruit softens and gets liquidy. I usually sreve this for dessert but would be great as a soup.

add to lani's a bag of mixed fruit (apricot, craisins, prunes, etc) and maybe a couple apples, and theres a fruit soup for you. I usually put in a packet of jello (any flavor other than grape) to add color and taste. But sometimes I dont. depends on how much fruit I have around. less fruit --> jello. more fruit --> no need. the longer it cooks the better it tastes, I find.
